DBARBS CUSTOMS POLICY

1. Order Processing: Orders are processed 5 business days after payment and final design approval. (For a faster processing time, offline payments are available). Processing time varies based on complexity, materials, and workload. Provide the needed date when ordering. Rush orders may be available for an additional fee, subject to approval.

2. Production: Custom items take 1-2 business weeks after processing. Delays due to unforeseen circumstances will be communicated promptly.

3. Order Changes & Cancellations: Once production starts, no changes or cancellations are allowed. Review all order details carefully before finalizing.

4. Custom Orders & Special Requests: Large or highly detailed custom orders may require extended processing. Discuss and confirm special requests before ordering.

For all online payments allow 1-3 business days for your payment to be processed. Payments will not be processed on weekends and holidays.

Processing time is separate from shipping time.

After your order has been processed: Ready to ship wigs are shipped within 1 week and pre-order wigs are shipped within 2 weeks.


PLEASE UNDERSTAND THAT WE WILL NOT BE HELD ACCOUNTABLE IF THERE ARE SHIPPING DELAYS.

IN ANY EVENT THAT YOUR ORDER IS MISPLACED, DELAYED, OR DELIVERED TO THE WRONG ADDRESS, WE WILL NOT BE HELD ACCOUNTABLE.

  1. Can I shower with my jewelry? Yes you are able to shower with jewelry on. Although jewelry will last for a longer time if you take it off before showering.
  2.  Is this item on hand? All items available on the website is on hand and ready to be shipped, delivered or picked up.
